Wellness Coach? – Chris Ogle

You’ll have to excuse my ignorance here, but what exactly is a “Wellness Coach”?

I do have a friend who worked as a personal trainer in the local gym, and he tells me that it’s a general term that can include massage therapy, acupuncture and other holistic treatments with being a coach and advising on diet and lifestyle, but that it’s generally just included under the personal trainer title.

To be honest, I don’t really care what it means, but if every Wellness Coach is as hot and sexy as Chris Ogle I might have to look into it a little more! lol

These shots were taken by another great photographer, Paul Gunn. And the focus is of course the young Chris Ogle. This guy is so hot I’m seriously thinking of creating a desktop background dedicated to him. And that’s when you know it’s serious with me!

Not only is he the kind of guy who’ll help you achieve your goals in the gym, he’s a male model too. Born in the UK, he has traveled a little and visited the US, but he’s back here now (ner ner! lol) and running his own company providing his services to clients.
