Bobby Rake – That All-American Star Quality

It's not at all often that I describe a male model as being "beautiful", but after a friend of mine sent me some photos of the gorgeous Bobby Rake this morning I have to confess that this is the first thing that came into my mind when considering how I would describe him.

I should also say that the reason my friend sent me these photos is because he knows I have a thing for James Dean and River Phoenix, and if you have an interest in either you will get the connection here.

I don't know if it's fair to say that Bobby Rake has been a little "typecast", but he seems to be one of those young male models who everyone wants to put in a 1950's setting.

Maybe they see that James Dean thing in him? Or maybe there's a cultural thing when it comes to that decade and style, that certain young male models can do excellently?

I don't know what it is, but I have to admit I can see it. It really is as though he's emulating a classic Hollywood heartthrob, and he's doing it very well too ;)
