Max Wettstein

It seems that there are so many men out there who somehow manage to run several parallel lives, taking part in several industries and fields and somehow managing to excel in so many different areas. I really don’t know how they do it!

Max Wettstein is another of those men who somehow manages to juggle so much in his life. I’m confused if I have to make coffee while I’m making toast. lol

Mr. Wettstein is a seriously sexy an incredibly handsome fitness model based in California (does everyone with a body like this come from California? It certainly seems so!) but modeling is not his only talent. Far from it.

He models, yes, but he’s also a fitness trainer, and somewhat of a guru too having written a book on the subject of health and fitness.

But aside from that he’s also a Pilot. And he’s an actor too. Okay now I can hear the soundtrack to Days of Thunder playing in the back of my mind. lol

Aside from all the work he puts into his diverse career(s), he obviously puts a lot of effort into his body too. But far from supporting the idea that we all need a gym membership and access to some complex and scary looking equipment, he actually promotes the use of free-weights primarily, along with attention to diet and the use of appropriate supplements.

I have to say that I agree. Some of the fittest men I know have built their body this way, from home, without a gym membership. Personally, the gym for me is more of a social environment. I could lift weights at home and run around the block a few times every day to get the same results, but I wouldn’t get to spend so much time with my buddies as we work out.
